You are doing fraud with the customer. Automatically random amount added in monthly Pack. This incident happens second time with me. Before 1 year or 6 Month same incident happens. Again same issue happens with me. We are using TATA Sky from 3 or 4 Year. We never expect this type of incident from TATA group.
