Tata Sky — Awful customer service; No signal + no tech expert call in 4 days | |||
Hi, This is regarding no TV signals on 2 tata sky connections for the last 4 days. Inspite of repeated reminders- no action has been taken; In fact we have received zero calls from the technical team till now. Day 1: We complaint- they say they will call back in 24 hours Day 2: We again ask them- they say the complaint is on priority and technician will call back by the evening Day 3: We call them- they disconnect the phone Day 4: We call them- they say our previous complain was not raised; was blocked somehow- Now they have refreshed it- but still no action This is awful service specially from Tata brand.
