Tata Sky — bad and disgusting service by tata sky | |||
Hi my subscription number is [protected].Tata sky claims that they are upgrading their systems. But it has left many consumers without any signal. we have to pay the full amount for monthly package for Tata sky. but not getting signal. when a complaint was registered, i got SMS that a technician from Tata sky will visit on 11th April but nobody showed up.when i called customer care, i was told they will visit and then only they will inform about the days for which channels were not shown and accoridngly balance in the account will be adjusted. but nothing of that sort has happened till now. call center agents are very rude... I haven't not watch tv since 20 March... and complained many times butbut when I called him today again he claim no complaint was booked. This is sick we don't even know whom to contact or how to get it resolved . VVerVery bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
