Tata Sky — bad attitude of mr abbas tata sky service personal | |||
Dear sir, It is with much unhappiness I write to inform you about the casual attitude of Mr Abbas, technician, koundampalayam, coimbatore. I was having technical problem in viewing Tata sky TV telecast, channels are getting stuck few months back. This was brought to your customer care knowledge that time itself. Technicians from koundampalayam tatasky service unit around 8 different people came so far to attend the fault. Everyone tells different view and wanted to change LNB, wire, adopter and so on, ( old dish was replaced during relocation with new wire) . After checking they told to change LNB and changed it and took cost of LNB & service charges. But the same problem was continuing. Mr Abbas came and took the set top box and kept in their office one full day and given a feed back that there is no problem in the box. Again the same problem persisted . He advised to check the earth links, we have checked with our electrician and found good. Now the have replaced with new box and recovered rs550 towards box replacement and service charges. Which was not told to me and how can they take amount without informing. Also I was calling Mr Abbas many times, no response from him and he is not taking calls . Prior to this he told me that I shouldn't inform tatasky office as it will affect his career and requested to inform only him directly. Now he is showing his casual attitude and told me that I can take it to anybody which he wouldn't mind. I seriously have a doubt whether tatasky being a Tata concern, whether it allows such bad attitude by a service person. Now the changing of LNB is not warranted. Few service persons who come to attend fault don't know the real issue. In this context I have spoken to Mr Joseph service manager and sent many message through whatsup and SMS. I finally thought of leaving tatasky and to join with some other DTH. I am a sincere customer from 2006 from initial days paid around 4500+ to get the connection that time . To me it is happening, imagine about others. Expecting a quick reply from you. Also I would like to talk to the MD or senior management staff, as I have worked for TATA COFFEE for long time and now retired. And I know Tatas vision, mission, values (VMV) tata code of conduct (TCOC) I strongly put before you that Mr Abbas has not followed tata code of conduct and he has done unethical job of asking me not to inform you as he feared his bad attitude and work will be shown . Tata sky is not worship properly channels shows gliches and some channels are completely blank plz help he to resolve the problem
