My connection is black listed

I have purchaged Tata Sky connection on 22nd DEC 2007 and got 6 months free subscription with it. Now in 3 months my connection is cut and it is displaying message that it is black listed. I have called to customer care also and they told that I tryed to take multiple connection with single set top box, but I dont know how it is possible we have only one TV in out home and also agent with whome I have purchsed the connection said that you...

Free to Air Channels not shown

Sir,
We joined Tata Sky with high hopes but it is really sad and surprising that we are not shown some of the free channnels like "Peace TV" and "QTV". Inspite of requests we are deprived to see these channels as all the other free channels like "Sadhna", "Sanskar" are all shown from the very beginning.IF such disparity is shown unintentionally even then people will be bound to think of seome...

Have NOT installed Tata Sky Dish Antenna

TATA Sky DOES have VERY lousy customer care. i JUST don't understand how they recruit personel who do not understand english. I got a time-slot for getting an installation done for 10:30. When i called at 11:30 and spoke to one Jitesh Kulkarni, who spoke very slowly, and ended it by cliaming that the security guards had prevented the installation chaps from entering. I went down, and asked the security people, and they denied anyone...

Very very poor customer service!

CHARGING VISIT FEES UNDER WARRANTY

Dear Sirs,
I have installed Tata Sky in the last week of October 2006' and there was some problem in September 2007' when their engineer came and there was some direction problem with the dish which was rectified by them and i was being told that you will not be charged since you are covered under warranty.
But when i received their December 2007' statement i was surprised to see that they have charges Rs.300/...

Defective service

Felt Ceated.


I do not know how Tata Sky is with it’s service at other locations, however at my end, there’s one strange problem that’s hit me and the uneducated Tata Sky personnel is doing little do help it.

booked as delivered without any delivering

I have subscribed for TATASKY last week and paid the money through credit card. they said it will be delivered within 4 days. but i have not received it even on sixth day. when i called the customer care they said its been delivered.

i was shocked and shouted at them. then i threatend them i will go to consumer forum, even then they wer not able to give me proper answer and they are not able to find out wat is the mistake....

Deactivation of services despite paying all the amount

i am totally not satisfied the type of serrvices while recharging the validity of the channels i have already paid (recharged scratch card )of 500 Rs and have not got the amount credited in my balence from

last one week i am suffring terribly as i am geeting warnings that my channels will be terminated this is not called CUSTOMER CARE nor any sort of attention

Please find below the letter written by me to Tata Sky Customer Care.

Hi TataSky,

Let first let me share with you some hard facts.

DishTV subscriber base is 2.1 million versus Tata Sky subscriber base of 0.7 million. DishTV offers 170 channels (and increasing) versus Tata Sky 100 channels (and decreasing). Both charge same price Rs. 300.

I am subscriber of Tata Sky for over 5 months....

NOT RETURNING MONEY AFTER 2 MONTHS OF CANCELLATION

TATA SKY Customer Service is WORST in the whole world. We ordered Tata Sky Dish from online after watching the ads they show on TV that they have Number One Customer Service in India. But the very next day a service engineer told us that our dish can not be installed because there is No Line-Of-Sight and he assured us that you just call Tata Sky customer service and your money will be refunded in next 2-3 days. Then our saga of harassment...
