Tata Sky — bad consumer service

Dear Sir, I purchased a Tata sky dish connection before 15 days back which was installed by your local representative. due to improper installation disc uprooted and tata sky became unserviceable. I lodged a complain on 23 april and again 24 april but no one visited my house. the problem occured due to bad services of local representative of your company which created lots of problem. please resolve the problem as soon as possible without any financial burden over me. my customer id is [protected] and address is sanjay chaturvedi c/o Dilip deo Jagannath vihar colony, priyadarshini road, Chorda, Jajpur road odisa .
