Tata Sky — bad customer service | |||
I am a tata sky customer with Id [protected]. My set top box is not receiving signal for 4 days. My box Is in warranty. When we contacted their customer service they don't respond to me. We gave complaint and then they said our technician will call you. Then I don't received any call from technician. Then I again called the customer service and said I don't received any call from technician. Then they said ok we will complaint the technician and new technician will call you. And till now I have not received any call from any technician... What should I do??? Tata sky gave me worst customer service... Was this information helpful? | |||
