Tata Sky — Bad Customer Services - No Signal | |

I have raised a complaint as Im unable to view the services since last 3
days. But untill now I have not received any response from Tata Sky. I
tried calling the so called 24/7 customer services, but they are also
not reachable. They have an option in the IVR which says press"1" and we
will call you back within 24hrs, I even tried that but not received a
call till now. Totally unsatisfied with the services and would like to
cancel my subscription. I need a technician to come to my home and take
away the setup box with all other stuffs and in return give me a entire
refund of my HD+ Recording Set up box which worth 6900. Orelse fix my
issue and give me 6 month waver. Was this information helpful? | |
