[Resolved]  Tata Sky — bad experience

I have compalined on tatsky customer care number so many times from last 2 days but everytime got same reply that our technician will contact you in 2hours, but i have not received a single call till now.
Without visit my residency, sending the massage your work order was recently completed.Today again they revise the complain no-1I6IBF58

My tatsky signal was not availble from last 2 days but my balance has been deducted as usual.

Please helm me at the earliest.
