Tata Sky — Bad network & pathetic customer service | |||
Tata sky has a bad network. Most channels of the English pack are not showing up though they are a part of my monthly pack ( Fx, zee cafe)/some are distorted. This is not my first issue with Tata sky. Informed customer care but just suggested technician visit @ Rs.170. If some channels of a pack are distorted and others are working fine, I don't think they should charge me without knowing where the problem is - their end or mine. When in Goa, a few months back, I had an issue with the adapter and needed replacement, I was charged for a new adapter - Rs. 400, but provided with a second hand. I reinstalled service in my new house in Mumbai, they technician charged extra for the wire, when the technician in Goa had cut wire in two parts (as he didn't want to do the hard job of removing the wire correctly). Paying small amounts for their mistakes over a few years has resulted in me losing a lot of cash for this service. Please look into the matter as urgent. Subscriber ID: [protected].
