I am sorry to say ur service is really bad.
U don't have an al-a-carte kind of packs.. Customers hv to watch what u provide?? Is this the way??
Does ur so called toll free no work?? I don't think so..
But ur other paid service call no.s work.. How is this possible..
When u r charging more from people than the local cable providers.. At least provide with a good customer care facility..
The website u maintain is an utter waste..is there an option there to activate packs, or deactivate packs.. No.is there an option at least to change The RMN.. No

With due precaution u can provide all these services in ur website.. But u people r so greedy u don't want to lose the calls (paid).
I really regret choosing ur set top box on the first place..thank u so much for ur bad service
