I have paid the monthly charges of English new package in advance for 6 months. I am unable to see only news channels from the last 15 days. With respect to Service Request number is LPCMS7W, I was informed that Tata Sky engineer have to visit our home to see the loose contacts which is chargeable. If there is a loose contact all the channels may be disturbed, why only in English news channels? Your representative are trying to avoid to resolve the problems and cheating us.
