Tata Sky — bad weather error | |||
Subscriber id: [protected] Box id: 8765 Contact no: [protected] I am using tata sky since last 2 years. But from past one week your tata sky setup box is showing bad weather or rain outside (But it's not raining in delhi now), I have one tata sky subscriber id with 2 setup box.. The main setup box working perfectly but secondary tata sky setup box always showing bad weather error. I call your tata sky customer care "executive tell me, it's technical fault" and technical team give you solution and they charged 150 rupees. I said why your charing? Customer care executive said that your warranty is expired. So, tata sky do this to every customer you charged for connection tv show and etc. So, it's your responsibility to give me best service. I am facing worst customer service from tata sky. Again, customer care executive call me tell me check your wire and restart your setup box... I do this past 8 days. Setup box is working but only little time (30 minutes) after that showing signal is lost due to bad weather but other setup box is working perfectly. Please, solve my issue immediately.
