Tata Sky — bad weather error

I am using tata sky since last 2 years. But from past one week your tata sky setup box is showing bad weather or rain outside (But it's not raining in delhi now),

I have one tata sky subscriber id with 2 setup box.. The main setup box working perfectly but secondary tata sky setup box always showing bad weather error.

I call your tata sky customer care "executive tell me, it's technical fault" and technical team give you solution and they charged 150 rupees.

I said why your charing? Customer care executive said that your warranty is expired.

So, tata sky do this to every customer you charged for connection tv show and etc. So, it's your responsibility to give me best service.

I am facing worst customer service from tata sky.

Again, customer care executive call me tell me check your wire and restart your setup box... I do this past 8 days.

Setup box is working but only little time (30 minutes) after that showing signal is lost due to bad weather but other setup box is working perfectly.

Please, solve my issue immediately. It's almost 9 days.

My issued is not resolved until now...I watching TV show suddenly tata sky setup box show up message weather is bad and rain outside. But in Delhi no rain and sunshine everywhere. Check your satellite and system.

The error show last night when I watching movie and now in the morning, 1 hour error show bad weather etc. No signal ... because your satellite is bad ...worst service.

Nothing will done from your side. Very unprofessional behavior of your company and companies employee.
In past 14 days I am facing this issue. I only watch less than hour in a day, because your setup box or signal is bad or no signal.

Signal come for few minutes less than 30 minutes and comes and lost. No stable signal strength.

Kindly, resolve this issue before 9th November 2019. Because it's my next recharge date.

If you don't solve this issue before 9th of November 2019, Give me additional 14 days for my next recharge because it's your responsibility to give me better service.

If you don't give me 14 or 15 days extra then refund my money 153 of secondary setup box you looted me without giving service.

My issue is not resolved until now. Almost 15 days I am facing this issue.

Today customer care executive from Hyderabad call me to give solution but I only watch channel 1 hour ..signal is lost

He said me we check by our side everything is fine.. we send technicians to solve this issue and charged 150 rupee.

But I want service which include in monthly payment charge for Tata sky channel.

I don't give 150 rupee to technicians. He said to me I won't give you technicians.

So, it's clear tata sky looted my money every time.

Resolve this issue immediately otherwise I complaint against consumer adda CNBC awaaj.

And give me refund 153 for second setup box your charged. If you don't give service to your customer vlose your company.

We don't give you 150 rupee for every time your technicians visited my home.

It's your responsibility to check or resolve this issue because I used your service and charged monthly.

If you won't fix this. Leave India asap

I talked your customer care executive yesterday 2pm he said he arrange technicians for my issue 3-6 pm but no one is coming..and 6pm I call again for confirmation your customer executive tell me your complaint is not registered..how unprofessional is your employees.

I registered again this complaint yesterday 6pm. She write the complaint and ensure me for technicians for today 11AM- 1PM but no call from your technicians and customer care executive.
