& Activated on 05/03/2023. Customer booked Bengali hindi super value pack which should charge him 235/- monthly. At the time of installation ISP added some extra add on packs and Mobile Binge without customer's permission. Even they didn’t inform him about this add-on & mobile binge package after installation which they added without customer's Concern. do the needful
So much extra amount 2300 deducted as customer's point of view, Customer wants refund.
Consider this very much Important as he is very angry on Tata play's service. Tata play have a very clean image of their service. Please don't allow the greedy ISP to ruin this image Please do the needful.
This problem solution and blance my Refund ...but then i complan Consumer Forums mail .. because tata play fraud company
My pack only Bengali Hindi super value pack 235 packages running
gave me the wrong package.Please refund my money 2300/-. TATA SKY IS Fraud COMPANY . PLZ REFUN MY MONEY urgent
If my problem is not fixed by tomorrow 12.00pm I will complan TRAI, cyber crime department, consumer forum, district legal services authority ... Refund my blance
