Tata Sky — Base package changed without my confirmation and failed to reverse | |||
Base package was changed from metro pack to some other pack without my knowledge and tata sky is not reversing it to original giving reason package is not available for new customers although i am not a new customer. Reason given was that some agent provided my subscription number and details to change it and they are not ready to reveal the agent details. However I have not visited or requested any agent to do so. The issue is open for 6 days now and still investigating. Tata sky asked me to recharge and continue with higher priced pack which they forced to my account Was this information helpful? | |||
