Dear Sir, I am using TATA SKY form Several Years. My Bill Plan is Semi Annual Package. My Last package was expiring on 5th May. I recharge it for Rs. 3800/- as appearing in the system. Now I am getting a call from Tata Sky that, you are not in semi annual Package and your monthly charge is 1134. and you need tp pay Rs. My Complain is that, If I am using Semi Annual Pack, without my Intimation to Tata Sky how can the Company Change the Pack. What ever price appearing in the System I have paid before due date. After taking the Payment from Customer how can the Company Charge a Different Price. This is a Case of Fraud & Cheating . So please help me reading this. Was this information helpful? | |||
