I deactivated my Binge in September 2021. The pack was auto-activated after 6 months in June 2022 and the amount (Rs. 299) was deducted for the next two months. I raised a complaint for the deactivation and refund. The customer care executive gave the assurance initially.
I received a follow-up call. Very rude response from the customer care executive. She blatantly denied any refund and abruptly disconnected my call. Moreover, this is the second wrongful deduction issue with Tata sky. Was this information helpful? |
