[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Binge service activated without any kind of knowledge and I had recharged but they didn't give me a fully recharge and offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have been using tatasky since 12 years now. In november 2021 we had an issue with the Binge service, they didn't tell me anything for this, without my permission they activate binge service on my account, i didn't use this service and in two months in my account they charge 298.i have a 407 rs plan, i have recharge annually for extra one month offer, i had called to tatasky customer care executive in yesterday, they had told me your balance is 42 rs, so now you need to recharge 4854 rs for annually offer and i had recharge according to that annually offer 4854 rs, so according to that package my annually subscription offer date will expire on at 09/02/2023, but now you can see that my package annually subscription offer expiry date has display on at 15/10/2022. i had called yesterday and today morning and i have to said that tatasky customer care executive extend my date for my recharge i already have done and give me refund or extend time for that binge service that they activate on my system without my permission. I contacted both customer care and the nodal officer and they refused to refund this amount to us. but they didn't give me a solution, he has not submit complaint. they need to extend my account subscription expiry date till march. please help me sir, In my house my parents have simple phone, they know anything about this service .
i am a cyber security professionalist and my working schedule is too busy, Since we never used this service we don't know anything about this. they have been stealing my money . my subscription id is [protected] and my name is Rahul Goyal. and my contact no is [protected]. please help me sir and they will refund my payment or extend my package subscription expiry date till march .

And you can see that automatically page has redirect zee5 official website, and that buy plan message has visible.please help me sir to refund my payment.
