Tata Sky — Booked the 4200 Combo pack and they Install the Wrong Package of 2000

I have comunicate the tatasky costermer care for new installation. They told me the package with HD tata sky box + dhamal Mix pack + hd chanells for i year subscription for Rs. 4200 a combo pack. When they install the tatasky they ask me to pay the amount of 2150, i ask those person why u people are only need 2150 amount i have to pay 4200 as i had a talk to customer care person. They told me to i have only information to collect 2150 rs you can talk to customer care for more information i said ok. After talk to customer care they said i cannot do anything as your connction is activated with 2150 of amount i can not do anything for you. I said if you can not do anything just disconnect the connection and i want my whole money back, she said ok sir i m disconnecting the service you have got a call from tatasky regarding this. Again i called thecustomer care for my money back they are saying we can not return your money we cant do anything for you sorry. This is what company treat for user i am using tatasky before 5-6 years ago this is my another installation for another location. I am very disapointed i need a resolution please help me.
