[Resolved]  Tata Sky — box not changed

Hi,

Firstly i would like to appreciate the services of tata sky, they are a fabulously useless!! I have been complaining about my connectivity issues for the past 1 month but no one from their side has bothered to close this issue, unfortunately i have a common dish in my society and my network keeps going off, so i asked the first technician that why does it keep going off network, he said your wire has 100% signal, your set top box needs to be changed!! I just changed it like 3 months back, but then i complained to change the box. It's been over a week, some random people have called saying we will come today or send a person today to change the box. But as usual being one of the worst services no one came. One fine day some gentleman called saying i will come to change the box, he didn't answer my calls for 3 days then and then calls me on 4th day and says it's a common dish problem!! He didn't even come up to my house and check my box, how unprofessional are these guys?? Do they get a salary or it's just working for a tata run charity??

Still my problem hasn't been resolved and i am paying for their services which i can't view. It's great service which one can use in my house.

Didn't expect this from a tata company being an associate with them myself but unfortunately there are better service providers outside.
