[Resolved] Tata Sky — breach of service agreement promised while taking the subscription package | |||
Consumer id - [protected] Tata sky dth executives sold the 1 year subscription plan @rs.1500 to my dad and clear mentioned that no other service charge or any extra charges will be needed and a certain number of channels incl. Non hd regional channels will be provided. The connection was taken on 30/07/2018. But by nov. 18 more than 70 % of the promised channels have been taken off from the subscription and are now being shown as paid channel and will be available only against separate monthly subscription charge. This is clearly a breach on the service agreement and amounts to fraud. Complaint to the customer care has not yielded any result. And on requesting to disconnect and refund the remaining amount we are being told than approx. 480 rs. Will be refunded while the subscription was not even used for 6 months. Need resolution. Either proper amount should be refunded back or the original service agreement needs to back in place. Was this information helpful? | |||
