I paid for this service on 14 feb and on 15 feb after using it for just 12 hours i called the executive that this internet is not very bad it is getting disconnected and there are too many issues with it. The company has been stalling me since 15th of feb that we trying to resolve it and they don't do anything and after 15 days they confirmed me that they will give me a refund. And they haven't given me any update. I have called the customer service more than 40 times now. Was this information helpful? |
