[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Bullying to recharge a connection not in use for years

I am an existing tat sky customer . I have three connections in my home . Long back I had another tata sky connection in my home but I do not need it any longer . There is a yellow envelope constantly on my TV screen . It signifies account information . I am unable to open the account information or remove that envelope . I called the helpline no when I got fed up with trying to remove it . The rep told me that shows on my TV because I have to recharge for the connection I am not using and then only it will go and I will be able to view the account info . I have already recharged upto January for my other three connections . I found this very disturbing . I do not want to recharge the fourth connection. I don't need it yet .
