[Resolved] Tata Sky — Bullying to recharge a connection not in use for years | |||
I am an existing tat sky customer . I have three connections in my home . Long back I had another tata sky connection in my home but I do not need it any longer . There is a yellow envelope constantly on my TV screen . It signifies account information . I am unable to open the account information or remove that envelope . I called the helpline no when I got fed up with trying to remove it . The rep told me that shows on my TV because I have to recharge for the connection I am not using and then only it will go and I will be able to view the account info . I have already recharged upto January for my other three connections . I found this very disturbing . I do not want to recharge the fourth connection. I don't need it yet . I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in removing the envelope notification that is blocking viewing.
