Tata Sky — cable services

Ref: Customer ID no.[protected] Name: Nandini.G Sub: complaint against Tata sky operations with reference to the above, I would like to bring it your notice the following: we have been a regular customer of Tata sky from last 4 years.(customer ID indicated above).In the month of Dec.2014, we had to renew our annual plan.Hence we contacted your customer care service for various options available and their tariff. we were informed that kannada dhamaka with english news channels, Discovery, nat geo the tariff was Rs 3025 for one year after thorough confirmation from your customer care executive we agreed for the above plan and we were informed that next renewal will be in dec.2015. we paid the amount through our credit card.But suddenly in the month of march we got flashed messages stating that our balance is Rs1/ and renewal of english news channels at extra payment of Rs50/ per month.we immediately contacted your customer care service and your executives Mr.Anthony and Mr.Nikhil said that by mistake they had provided us Sony six channel from dec2014 and hence additional payment is necessary for which we refused firmly and said that we will take up with higher authorities. They continued to provide english news channels for 12 days and from 14.4.2015 our english news channels were cut even though we have made the payment for that.we would like register our strong protest towards unprofessional services of your TATA SKY organization.It is totally mismanaged with inefficient people.They are taking customers for a ride.If we dont get our due news channels immediately we will approach the consumer court for a legal compensation.Kindly advise the concerned to look into the matter at the earliest Nandini.

the worst cable service not on earth, in the whole universe. We had lot of respect for the name of tata. But after taking tata sky cable service and amount of hardship we are going through, i request all people known to me not to venture this cable service
