I have Tata Sky multi to, last week on 13/3 I logged a call saying that I'm unable to view a few channels on my second to. I was given work order no H5Q4ZDR, and a message confirmation saying that the same will be addressed in 48 hours.
It's a week now and I have not heard from them, it's completely unacceptable to see this kind of pathetic service from a renowned company like Tata..
