[Resolved] Tata Sky — call please | |||
Hi Team, We mistakenly recharged our pack on inactive subscriber ID and then immediately called custom Service Team of Tata Sky. My Brother was assured of 5 days extension of service till billing team can transfer the fund of 450 rs to our active ID. This was promised on 17th and till then twice service has been disconnected and m charged 75.00 rs extra to activate my service for 5 days. Yesterday a Team Leader assured me that I will get call from the billing team in the afternoon but no call is made by them as per preferred time mention on escalation call. Had it been matter of money only I would have never complaint but now the fake commitments from senior of company and few associates attitude forced me raising this complain to consumer forum.
