Tata Sky — callous approach by the nodal officer | |||
Raised multiple complaints to [protected]@tatasky.com, but when that was not working, sent 4 complaints to the nodal officer. Regret to note that, the result is same even when i brought the matter to the nodal officer, the Highest customer care authority of tata sky multiple times. Since i have opted the subscription of channels as per the latest Trai regulation, i am not able to watch any of those channels subscribed By me. This is my 4th complaint to the nodal officer of tata sky, everytime I make a complaint, i used to get a call from your mumbai office, informing Me that the local c-care team will contact me. Local c-care will make a call for the name sake, but immediately will Disconnect the call and you cannot expect a second call from them, you Cannot call them back either because it is a call through the system. Then i have to make again a fresh complaint, but the above story Will get repeated. After the latest notification by trai, getting desired service from tata sky is next to impossible. Cant throw the dth into the dustbin, because going to any other service provider also will not going to give you any relief. Heard that jio is offering the dth service, but as of yet no idea about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
