[Resolved] Tata Sky — calls regarding the renewal services to loot the money (even after renewed the services)

Earlier i have called to tatasky customer care about the recharge packages and accordingly i have recharged my tatasky account. After that i have received multiple calls about the renewal and add on channels, i told them very clearly multiple times as i want to carry forward same channels and that is the reason i have recharged my account with that particular amountbut even though im getting lot of calls from tatasky regarding that. Now i told to deactivate my services because of irritating calls, however my amount for 6 months have debted from my account where i need to pay for 6 months is 1700 but i ended up paying 2300. They are completely fooling around the customers through their calls. I have recharged with the amount for 6 months then what is the reason of calling the customers repeatedly? They are saying its the renewal call but i already paid and renewed for what i want. So they are just trying to loot the pockets of the customers with their multiple irritating calls
