[Resolved] Tata Sky — cannot choose channels - lame "technical error" message | |
I went to tata sky website and spent some 15 minutes choosing the channels i wanted. After that, when i clicked on "confirm", it just took me to a page that said only "technical error". And there was no message about what went wrong and i should do about it. And to addinsult to injury, i was automatically logged out!!! I hope tata sky knows that not allowing customers choose their channels is not ethical. And may be illegal also. Hope this is resolved soon, else i will be forced to escalate this. Kindly clear the cache and cookies on your browser and try login to mytatasky.com and under "Manage pack" you can select channels or packs of your choice. Let us know if we can assist you with anything else.
