[Resolved] Tata Sky — card pairing error with tata sky set top box | |||
I was not using my tata sky set top box and its connection for couple of months. Today (5th may 2019), i recharged my account. However, i'm getting following msg on tv screen: "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error), nds no.:[protected] Digicard id:[protected]" Please resolve this issue on priority basis. I have already tried to remove the card carefully, wiped it with dry cloth and cleaned, insert in the set top box again. However, the same error is coming every time. Jun 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 06, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, help is here. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
