[Resolved]  Tata Sky — careless attitude of the customer care staff and technicians

Dear mr. Harit nagpal,

This is with reference to the complain, i have made with the customer care on saturday i. E. 4.11.17 at about 8.45 in the evening for the wo no-10zvu290 which was supposed to be resolved within 2 working hours. I was using a reliance digital cable tv since last 5-6 years, but due to the merger has to be ported with the tata sky cables. I had received a call from the technician at around 7.00 pm on 3rd nov., 17 to fix the tata sky dish in place of reliance dish. My reliance connection was fully active at that time, but as i knew it needs to be ported to tata sky, so called them to fix the same. They said that they will take only about 30 minutes but they (4 technician-raju n party) tried to fix it till 9.30 pm and received some signal and activated my account for which they charged rs. 200 cash from me and told me that some channels may not work so they will come on saturday morning at 10.00 am. But till 8.30 pm i waited for them and then i logded a complain with the same story in the custmer care. On sunday also i had many times called and talked with the customer care people even the senior team member - sonia, nitin savre, and many more. All the time i was telling them my problem but each time they no bady cared. At last at around 6.30 pm i called at customer care and talked with nitin savre, and requested again n again to resolve my complain. But he bluntly to me that he work only onmonday i. E 6.11.17 after 10.00 am. As monday is a working day i again requested him and told him to tell me the reason why my complain was not resolved during the whole day, but he denied n simply answered me that he will talk on monday only. Today i received a massage that the visit of technician was fixed at 11-12 am. But as i m in office, so i again called at custmer care and talked to ms. Swati, padmashri, rashma etc. But they also had not responded me till now anything.

This is a kind request to you, please look into the matter - how your team is working, i think they are just lisening and passing on to one another. Even your system does not have any record of the person with whom the customer is talking. They are working as they wish to do.

It is a humble request to you, to return my rs. 200 and installed my reliance connection as it was earlier.
