Till March 15, my renewal date was mentioned as 14th Sept.
How ever now it is showing as 25th July 2015.

Called toll free no. thrice today and was holding for a period of
9 minutes, 19 minutes & 12 minutes but the standard reply
each time was to please hold on, our representative will assist
you shortly.
Fed up with the service & the quality. Seriously thinking of
shifting to some other service provider.
Need a reply to the complaint and also restoring the renewal
date back to 14th Sept.
