Tata Sky — change in yearly renewal

Till March 15, my renewal date was mentioned as 14th Sept. How ever now it is showing as 25th July 2015. my ID is [protected] Called toll free no. thrice today and was holding for a period of 9 minutes, 19 minutes & 12 minutes but the standard reply each time was to please hold on, our representative will assist you shortly. Fed up with the service & the quality. Seriously thinking of shifting to some other service provider. Need a reply to the complaint and also restoring the renewal date back to 14th Sept.
