[Resolved] Tata Sky — change of address for the tata sky account | |||||
I have taken a tata sky connection a few years back. But there seems to be an issue or discrepancy with my residential address. Though there has been prior services at my actual address, but now there seems to be an issue with the zip code or pincode. The officials at the center when inquired told that the address has been changed. We're facing some technical issue with the set top box. Kindly look for it. Registered address: Indraprastha, baburbag, burdwan 713104. Landmark : near shiv shankar seva sadan. The company people told that the address says the pincode is 713141. Please change the pincode from 713141 to 713104. 713104 is the correct address. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had not used the set-up box since 2months as I was out of country now I'm back and did recharge now. Now am unable to watch anything but already I did recharge and still it's coming
