My work order no. LW6XHQ1 DTD.[protected] TIME- 12.57 AFTERNOON, was registered but till now the complaint is not resolved. Instead of resolving the problem company associates are continuously calling over my registered mobile & every body is asking about the problem again and again. Is this the service rendered by the high standard company like : TATA SKY". I have already recharged my account with Rs. 500/= and without viewing the TV my balance is being deducted.
I am sorry to say, if this happens to the consumer after paying so much, for viewing TV channels, -----it will not take much time in this competitive era, when the consumers will be leaving this giant & prestigious company.
