[Resolved] Tata Sky — change of name and mobile number | |||||
Dear sir. I have purchase this tatasky setbox which the dealers have activeted, the id of this setbox [protected]. But the name adress and mobile number are not known to me. So i went to the dealer to enquire about the register number and made a request to change all the details to my name but till now the dealers ignore me which let use this setbox with unknow mobile number which i find very difficult in recharge and also to know my package, and again at present all the sony package and ten sports package are deactivsted so sir shoud i throw away this setbox and shift to other dish network or do i have any other way to help me from your end.
