Hi I am venkatesan, I am 1st time using tatasky dth connection, 1 week before only installed, I was directly payed to dealer, he send parson to install, and problem is my address and mobile no what I given to the dealer that is not updated with my subscribe ID, I try to recharge new channels the otp is going some other no, called to customer care, they without correct RMN and addresses, we cannot to any thing, and better u contact ur dealer, my dealer is saying will update will update like that, he is ignoring
