No HD Signal since 2nd April 2015 Not able to connect to helpline number - abnormally long waiting time. If connected then no body turns up. Commitments are not kept. SMS system and missed call system sucks. No body responds. Seems they are not interested. Lousy and pathetic after sales service. Am changing my service provider. Tata Sky - YOU SUCK. I am disgusted by my experience.

    Hi, I'm Vaishali, my tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. my tatasky plan started on 16th feb 2015, with one month free plan, but from 4th of March, mean just after 15 days half of the channels are cut down by them without any reason. Then I tried all ways to contact them. I can't believe they kept me waiting for 40 mins, and then they only cut down the phone, then I recharge with 240 plan prior the next month payment and all channels had been activated. It means i have to accept there is no free one month plan as they offer on site, and on top of that there is no one to respond you whatever happens after payment. I really hate Tatasky and their fake offers! If they have some etiquette or ethics as a company to their customers they should reply to me. Tell me who will recharge any plan for 5-10 days a month and next 20 days cut off of half channels. It is the worst experience I encountered with them. The vendor whom I paid 1850 to start my tatasky, is irresponsible. If any one know where to contact tatasky if customer service is not responding? Don't they have any authorized customer service centers in Pune? It's really horrible.

      Since 10 days..no support from Tata Sky...Please refund daily charges... There is no display in my LED ... If I will not pay in time you will deduct 10 Rs as penalty Now what to do... Last few days I have faced huge problems during watching TV..maximum channels are showing no signal.. Today no channel's are ON...still I am tuned ON Tata Sky and LED. Now Can you penalise your self?. ...without any picture or no channels are working with no display...why I will pay today's charge... Even I am not able to watch IPL...How you will penalise Tata Sky...This is very poor service of Tata Sky... I have raised a complain on 9th April-15, with any solution SR[protected] ...complain has been closed. With out intimation..

        Respected Sir/Madam, I had placed a complain on 8/4/2015 regarding a wrong recharge issue. For sake of convinience, let me explain the situation once more: My Metro pack was about to expire, so I went to Lokenath Telecom which is a Mobile Service Centre near my home to recharge my connection. The person over the counter asked for the Subscriber I.D, that was being displayed on my television set. I gave the I.D. which was being displayed on my TV which was: [protected]. After recharge, the person told me that the money has been transferred to the account of a person, some Neeraj Sharma (who stays in Assam which I learned from Tatasky helpline)!! Now why was a wrong I.D. being displayed on my television set is headache on your behalf. But my heartache is that I just lost nearly five thousand rupees which is the outcome of pretty hard labor. I have called on Tatasky helpline number multiple times, and was reassured over and over again that the money will be transferred back to my account with 100% guarantee and in 72 hours. On 9/4/2015 a lady from tatasky called me up to inform me that I have to talk to Lokhnath telecom so that they reverse the transaction to my number. I visited the shop and talked to them. Somehow they are unable to follow up on my request. They are unable to understand how to reverse the transaction, and the whole thing sounds Greek to them. I told the lady about this situation too, and I also gave her the number of Lokhnath Telecom. I called again later to provide another number of Lokhnath Telecom. But all in vain. Even after reassuring me every time that the transaction will be reversed, that is yet to take effect. The only thing that has happened till date is that my TV is showing the correct I.D. again. I earnestly request you to make sure that this Neeraj does not get to relish this lottery for an entire year, and the Entire money be transferred back to me at the earliest. I hope that you will jump into the situation and make things right. Nonetheless, I'm providing full details of the event to help you follow-up better.           Our Tata Sky customer ID is [protected]. Registered mobile number is [protected] (Mr D. Robertson ; Alternate contact - [protected]) For the past 1 week we are not recieving the subscribed channels. The plan is being changed with no consent or intimation of any kind. The local representatives are of no help either. Pls resolve this at the earliest by sending a representative to the registered address or else we we are bound to say TATA to the company forever.

            To Tata Sky Customer Care, 'TATA' used to be a trusted brand in India but is fast losing its credibility owing to the kind of services being handed out to their customers. Their is no coherence in words and action of customer care staff. I've received a SMS from Tata Sky regarding completion of Tata Sky WO NS[protected] of 02/04/2015, on 7th April, 2015. I would like to inform you that my TV is still not receiving any HD and regional channels. ONLY FEW channels are to be seen. I've given a negative feedback for the service. I've mailed my complaint on helpline and even after of 3 working days I did not receive any response from your side. I am not asking or expecting any service from tatasky. I am informing that I am not continuing with tatasky connection any more and will not recharge my account any further.               We have 2 Tata Sky connection at our home (ID [protected]) not working from the last 15 days. Initially it was partially working but totally off from the last 5 days when one of your representative visited us but left in between as it was late in the evening.He promised to come next day but did not turned up. Every day I am following up at your customer care but no effect. If you are unable to do in next 24 hours, pl refund my advance payment so that I look for alternative.

                Our Tatasky DTH service (ID [protected]) is not working since 04 April 2015. this is reported to tatasky and later 2 reminders send to them. So far there is no response and all the above complaint status shows it is closed. Never expected such service from Tata group.

                  I am not able to view any channel since 4th April, I have raised complain multiple times but none of mine complains were resolved. I am not at all satisfied with the services and request you to disconnect my all connections with immediate effect. I will also not pay my previous outstanding until my complains are resolved.                     I have contacted the Tata Sky helpline/costumer service. They tell you that they will call you back as their call centers are very busy. They never called nor did they care to inform me. Very frustrating. Hope they rectify their problem and please, please come and repair my Tata sky.

                      Hi, i been trying to get in touch with Tata Sky customer care. no use. they dont call back nor do they attend your call. They keep sending message saying service engineer will contact you and will come. till this day no call. Useless service.. Cable is not working.. Pathetic

                        . No one came for technical visit. And again I have requested for Tata sky installation through customer care over a week ago. They said they will take the request with utmost priority and send the technician, but no one came and again when i called they said sorry for inconvenience and send the person, but no one has turned up. it's been more than 10 times I called customer care but no one helped and raised 2 requests but they closed request the service requests.This is very Worst sevice provided by customer care.                           My subscriber id is [protected]. I have been a Tatasky customer for more than 2 years now. Since last month, I have been having issues with the service. Last month, I did not have service for 10-15 days which got resolved by itself. I was told that a technician would come to my place and check everything, but nobody turned up. They called me multiple times and said they would come, but nobody eventually came. From April 2nd, the service again has issue ("No signal"). I lodged a complaint the same day and have been waiting patiently. Nobody has contacted or has come to my place to rectify the problem. I took a 6 month subscription (paying Rs4200) in February. If I had not done that, I would have said bye-bye to their service by this time. Money lost, and kind of locked-in to this pathetic service. Somebody, please help!!!

                            I have been using TATA SKY since 7-8 years now. It worked fine until recently. I am now having the problem with all Marathi channels. Those channels don't work. The video as well as audio get cut in between and hang. TATA SKY is most expensive DTH service there is in India and the consumer is willing to pay that much cost just because TATA SKY was providing much better quality picture than other service providers (at least according to me). But now its like I am paying much more than anybody else just to see those interrupted signals.                               I am using Tata Sky service from more than 5 years for sure (My subscriber ID is [protected] ) it was good experience till 3rd of April 2015, but due to the Tata sky up gradation process some of the channels are working, i have logged a complaint stating that few channels are not working from 3rd of April and have made numerous call to tata sky toll free number but there is no response from tata sky. I have registered a complaint still I did not receive any call. I call approximate daily to customer care however i m frustrate to listen from them that Our field service team will call you for to fix an appointment by next 24hrs. but I wondered that nobody yet call or visited to solve this issue I regularly received a SMS saying "Thank you for your patience, our field service team will call you soon to fix an appointment etc...BUT WE ALREADY LOST OUR PATIENCE. ARE THEY GOING TO CREDIT ALL DAYS..? DOES THEY GIVE IT BACK, WHATEVER THE ENTERTAINMENT WE MISSED FROM LAST 7 DAYS..? I am bit surprised with the false commitment repeatedly made by the toll free representative. I must say this not a professional behaviour exhibited by the Tata Sky team the advertisement shows that team is all set to deal with this type of issue. I wonder how come "Tata sky" is a Tata Product. TATA SKY is Damaging the TATA brand. I do not know how many more days we need to wait endlessly...?

                              Today Even After 13 days the problem is being not yet resolve by TATA SKY...!
                              An Appointment was fixed by tata sky technician & I received SMS of same. Mentioning that TATA Sky Installer visit for WO:NS[protected] is scheduled between 16/04/15 6.10pm to 6.50pm, but its 8.30pm till no one is yet came. I call 2 time to Customer Care Executive & they said our technical person will call you within a moment. It She put my call on hold from 29 min.

                                The set top box was purchased in the month of february 2015.It was working till two weeks ago.after a rain all of a sudden it stopped working .my consumer number is :[protected] and my name is bk gopakumar my phone number is [protected], [protected] .I tried several times to contact the dealer but no answer.Please rectify this urgenty.I purchased it through sunny electronics, tripunithura kerala.

                                      No one Visited my home to resolve the issue. No one talking in customer care. Finally you people are sending a message like " Thank you for your patience...". already we lost our patience. Will you give it back, whatever the entertainment we missed in last 10days? NS[protected].

                                      Technician visited my home and changed the signal of dish. its just 2 min work. i don't know why they took 10 days of time to visited my home.
