Tata Sky — Changing of set top box | |||
The adaptor of my Tatasky HD got burnt and it got burnt at the slot which is connected to the Set up box. I believe that the set up box has also got burnt. I lodged this complaint on Saturday morning 30th April at Customer care centre and I was told someone will call within 2 hrs. The complaint details received in sms as ( Greetings from Tata Sky. Your Work Order reference number is:OJ2Z2WT.You will receive a call from us within 24hrs). I got a missed called alert from +[protected], I called back to that no and I was told by him that the complaint was lodged against relocation. Again I called him late evening and I was informed by him that the complaint has been changed to change of adaptor and set up box and will get it fixed the next day. I didn't receive any call so I called back that no, he said he again I need to lodge a complaint through customer care. No proactive approach has been done from the organization. I called the customer care again on Sunday 1st May, I escalated the matter to their seniors and Ms. Kavita came on line and she logged in the complaint narrating the incident and I was assured my complaint will be attended on priority since I being the premium customer. The complaint reference now which I received as text is ( Hi! We will contact you in next 2 working Hrs to take appointment for TataSky Work Order No#OK4MTDA.During Technician Visit plz ask him to show CH 152 & 157). Till 5:30 pm no one gave a call to me. Out of frustration I called the customer care center again and I had to speak to multiple people right from Prashant and Sumaira for almost an hour. Finally Sumaira told me that the complaint will be addressed by late evening on Sunday 1st May. No one called me. Monday since morning no one called me till 8 pm. Out of frustration I have to again called the customer care and follow up with them. I was told the seniors are not available and will get a call back. When I insisted I was told I have to hold for 5 min and after few minutes it got disconnected. It's more than 72 hrs since my first complaint not even a single time any proactive measures has been taken, neither the customer care executives has shown empathy to my concern, I have paid the installment till next year in advance. Like an I have to spend weekends at home without tv and wait for the calls for this people to fix the issue. Leaving all the things I am just following up with these people trying to fix the matter with no hopes. Till now my problem is not solved Was this information helpful? | |||

If you are Planning of taking tatasky, think again. They have disconnected my TV for no reason and while contacting them their application is down and asking me to call again after 2 hours. That is to on a Sunday. Very bad customer support. Not worth the money you pay. They have denied to provide any support and disconected my call ...

Recharged with Rs150/- at 8 pm on 27/03/2016 but not yet received services.
