Tata Sky — Channel are not active after recharge also | |||
Respected sir My tatasky number is [protected] i was recharge on 21-2-16 but still not any channel are active and not any programme are showing on screen and my second complant is my previous cell number is miss ([protected])so i want to register my new cell number from yesterday onwards iam calling your call centre but no one holding my call and no one giving correct information please solve these problem as soon as possible thankyou sir Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in activating your connection asap.
