[Resolved] Tata Sky — channel subscription as per new trai rule not updated & balance amt disappeared; service terminated | |||
Subscriber id:[protected] Hello sir Based on trai communication i subscribed for packages as per new rule on time. I got on-screen confirmation from tatasky. But no written confirmation either sms or email. However so far channels are not available as per the subscription. Online portal does not work properly! After 2days of new rule, my service has been terminated & my balance carried forward from last month set to zero. Written email complaints are not responded so far. Customer support (Call) on his first call admitted the issue while migrating to new rule & assured to correct. However when i contacted even when this issue continued - ignored my complaint & demanded the payment. They remain deaf for customer complaint; just demand to make the payment without listening to their service complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

Now I have recharged on 1/2/2019 for Rs. 330/- for selected channels as per new framework but still they are continuing wiyh old package.
Kindly action should be taken for violating Govt. rule and regulations.
