[Resolved] Tata Sky — channels are not working properly | |||
Very unprofessional staff. I am facing a network issue. Only hd chanels are working rest standard are not working. So i called customer service. They are saying we can't go and check what is going on with satellite. We will send our technical staff they will check the problem and you will be charged.. But my question is if the problem is with your network then why customers should be charged. I am thinking to disconnect the tata sky services and choose other networks.
