Tata Sky — channels could not be seen | |||
AIN THE MONTH OF mARCH ALSO FOR 4-5 DAYS THE CHANNELS COULD NOT BE SEEN. AGAIN FROM LAST 10-12 DAYS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WATCH ANY CHANNELS. SO MANY TIMES DIALLED FRO COMPLAINT BUT TILL NO RESULTS. WE SHOULD GET THE EXTRA DAYS IN LIEU OF SHUT DOWN OF CHANNELS, BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY RECHARGED. IF WE FAIL TO PAY IN TIME THEN TATA SKY IMMEDIATELY STOPS THE TRANSMISSION, NOW WHAT WOULD THEY DO? WE SHOULD GET COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF HARRASMENT DONE BY TATAT SKY. Was this information helpful? | |||

Facing same problem since 2nd April. Getting smses that work order is generated and technician will visit but when this will get resolved God knows. Most pathetic service and Worst customer casre support from Tata Sky
