Tata Sky — Channels not available which are included in package

In my set top box I have a 250 Rs Pack activate. But from last 1 month there are some channels not available which are included in package. And I have suffering this problem before 5 months that time I have given service charge and repair it. But this time I don't give any type of charge because its happen again. So Please Solve this problem.
