Tata Sky — Channels not received as per the data pack

Dear Sir, I have Tata sky connection with a package of premium Sports and Active cooking. But from last oe month many of the channels are not displaying. I have lodged complaint on mobile. But these customer care personnel always record my complaint and there is no action from their side. This is ridiculous that a company like TATA can have such worst service. Please help.
