Tata Sky — Charged extra money from my account | |||
I purchased tata sky 3years ago. And in the month of june 2015 i received a sms to change the set top box as the compony is upgrading and informed me that i will not be able to view channels unless i get the new set top box. Which was free of cost. But i was getting problem in viewing channels. I lodged a complaint vd company. Againt set top box was changed by company through an agent and charged me rs. 350 for set top box and rs. 170. For service charges. My tata sky id [protected]. My contact no.
