[Resolved] Tata Sky — charged, money deducted from my prepaid account without receiving services | |||
I am a tata sky customer from bhubaneswar, consumer i’d [protected]. I recharged my account on 1st october, on the 4th october they discontinued services saying (On the tv screen) that i have to take a new pack. For the last 12 days i didn’t get their services but have deducted 250 rupees from my account. Today when i called them to find out why they have deducted money without giving services they say it’s a system operated issue and they won’t give the refund. This is nothing but harassment.
