[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Charged twice

I booked a movie from tata sky by giving a miss call. There was no ring and the call kept getting disconnected. Then i tried for a different timing. Later on my money was deboted twice. Tata sky did not sent any notification that the movie was booked and this is the only reason why i booked for a different time. When contact tata sky well in advance, I was told that they dont have any process of refund and was told to watch the movie twice. Tata sky send a text when i dont pay on time but cant notify the customers about the booking. Im looking to get my refund and they will be scaming a lot of customers like this.
