Two issues mainly
a) Binge charges deducted without consent between March and September 2022.
b) Firestick replaced with promise to refund but not refunded till date.
My Binge stick warranty expired in March 2022 and hence Binge services too. As I had preloaded my ID with around 2700/- however binge charges of 299/- were deducted every month and I realised when my services were stopped owing to Stick replacement. Prompting me to check the recharge amount. Upon realising the situation I lodged complaint to refund ASAP. This is still open and not refunded
There are several complaints registered on above but were closed without required action. The service technician suggested that the "Optimizing Apps" is a known issue and needs the stick replacement. Also told that 2499/- wil be refunded to the Subscriber ID.
I have been following up on this on various platforms however there has been no access. The technician is MR. Satya from Bangalore -Bommanahalli service team.
All in all, Tata play owes me 4000/-, this reflects the trust of consumer and deficiency in delivering service by service provider such as you. My request is to immediately refund the amount without wasting time. You leave me no option but to pursue legal course, should you default on this note.
The said note will be your notice on the deficiency in delivering service as promised and deducting charges without consent.
