Tata Sky — Charges directly deducted from the account without prior intimation | |||
It happened with me on Sunday 19th July I was getting and error on TV and called up customer care he said he will send technician. The technician came removed the digi card washed it wipe it and again inserted that what he did. Tata sky next day deducted 170 Rs from my account. When I called up for my complaint the executive never informed me that they have service charge the technican never told me that his services would be charged. Just without any intimation that the service would be chargeable the charges are deducted and i dont understand for i have been charged for the silly thing that technican did which even i could have done. I have raised complaint in billing not got any call from them. Customer care people how irresponsbile they dont intimated they dont ask that this service would be charged is it acceptable. Now as my account balance is low they have deactivated it and now they are chasing me for recharging of account. I need my money back as i was not intimated my you. If I don;t get my money back I am going to file a case on them for cheating me and deducting the money wihtout any information. Was this information helpful? | |||
