[Resolved] Tata Sky — charges of remote while hd box was in warranty period | |||
Dear sir, My tata sky connection no. Is [protected] on the name of narender pal. I got fixed hd box on[protected] and paid rs 590/=. Remote issued with this hd box was not functioning well. So i complaint on customer care about this and they ensure me that your remote will be changed at free of cost as your hd box is in warranty period. But after replacing remote, rs 200/= were deducted from my tata sky account. Kindly look into the matter to refund me this amount as this was totally tata sky fault. Narender pal oberoi Mobile no.
